Charles Steenveld, President
Steenveld joined ZOO from Reveille, where he was Executive VP overseeing franchises like Biggest Loser, The Office, and Nashville Star, and its operations, legal and business matters. Prior to that, Charles was integral to Rocket Science Laboratories' growth as its COO when it was producing Temptation Island, Joe Millionaire, My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancé, etc. Charles oversees all ZOO programs, from development through series, as well as finance, business affairs and operations.
Richard Valenzuela, Vice President of Production, joined ZOO in 2001 as Director of GIRLS BEHAVING BADLY. His enthusiasm and vision earned a promotion to an executive position overseeing all field production, followed by his current position of VP. Richard was pivotal in the production and is presently at the helm of SOUTHERN FRIED STINGS for truTV.
Paul Pierre-Benoist, Executive in Charge of Production, joined the ZOO team from MTV and currently oversees production management and operations for pilots and series.
Jonathan Parkman, Head of Post Production, joined the team 3 years ago and supervises all aspects of post for ZOO at the rapidly expanding edit facility in Burbank.
ZOO's parent company ALL3MEDIA is comprised of 19 television, film and new media production companies from across the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. A3M also includes an international distribution company, 'ALL3MEDIA International' which represents third-party producers, broadcasters, and it's own production companies. A3M maintains a strong footprint in the international format distribution market and sells more than 5,000 hours of television annually.
Recognizable formats include: "Cash Cab" (Emmy Award Winning Game Show); "Undercover Boss" for CBS; Gordon Ramsey's "Kitchen Nightmares" and "Master Chef" for FOX; the long running Fifth Gear for BBC; and Lingo for ITV and GSN.
